Youth basketball · Kindergarten through 8th grade

Everybody's scouting high school. We're building K–8.

Pros have a whole team behind them. Young players have their parents. ZAK Bros HQ is a youth sports family building that front office at home, on purpose, and bringing you along. Discipline, character, grades, money smarts, and real dreams, starting early.

Most attention starts at 15. The habits start at 5.

The high school to college to pro pipeline gets all the attention. But the kid who shows up to 9th grade disciplined, coachable, and on top of his grades didn't get that way in 9th grade.

Their dad played Division I basketball in college. He knows how the AAU to D1 road goes, and where it starts is long before high school.

Elementary and middle school are when a young athlete learns how to win with grace and how to lose with integrity, how to study, and how to dream big while staying balanced. That's the window we focus on.

We're a family building this on purpose, with a mom who has built multiple brands earning over $258K, and a dad who went from AAU to D1 college basketball. We show what works and what doesn't.

The whole student-athlete

Five things we build. Only one of them is basketball.

01

Character

Ethics, morals, and values. How you treat teammates, refs, and the kid on the bench.

02

Learning

Strong academic habits and real curiosity, at home, in school, and everywhere we travel.

03

Hoops

Skills, reps, and competition, with dreams that are big and honest at the same time.

04

Money

Earning, saving, giving, and investing, plus understanding the business side of the game, starting with their own brand.

05

Mind + Body + Soul

Mental toughness, food, rest, and a humble spirit. Habits that keep a young athlete whole, on the court and off it.

The front office

The pros get a whole team. Our kids get us.

Youth basketball stops at the court, and parents fill every gap. So we're building the front office at home, and teaching the boys to run their own HQ as they grow.

Higher-level teams, tougher schedules, and multiple classes. This is where discipline and leadership get tested.

High School and Beyond

Ready for what's next

A young man who walks into high school prepared as a player, a student, and a person, whatever the dream becomes.
